Application Process
Cleaning
At the discretion of the crew the existing wall surface will be thoroughly cleaned. All traces of mould, grime and acid rain are removed, along with any existing flaking paintwork. This will help to identify any damaged brickwork render, pebbledash, masonry.
Repair & Restoration
Once problem areas have been identified, the crew can begin to repair all defective areas. Brickwork is made good and all cracks are chased out. Fibre reinforced polymer cements is used to ensure a perfect bond. Great care is taken to ensure any repair work undertaken is blended in as best as possible. All freshly repaired areas are then bag–washed with a polymer mortified mortar to ensure any small holes are filled and any imperfections are eliminated.
Masking Up
Great care is taken to ensure all non work areas are protected. Heavy duty masking paper and tape is used and areas protected include the masking of windows, guttering, downpipes, garages etc.
Primer Coat
A primer coat is then applied to the walls to ensure perfect cohesion of the final coating to the substrate . This helps to form an incredibly strong final coat once the top coat has been applied.
Top Coat Application
The coating / batch number of your choice is applied by high-pressure spray equipment and is up to 10 times thicker than conventional paint and may be applied at any temperature. We then leave your property in a clean and tidy condition, taking all materials and debris with us.
